What is the Transfer Reference Code and how to obtain it
The Transfer Reference Code (in Italian, CRO - Codice Riferimento Operazione) is a code consisting of 11 digits used for the electronic registration of bank transfer payments. This code is usually provided by your bank. If a Transfer Reference Code is not present on your bank transfer's receipt, please ask your bank for it. In case you cannot provide us with a Transfer Reference Code, your payment will be registered as soon as we receive the corresponding notification from our bank.
