Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro

This wine is made from the grape variety of the same name cultivated in the Palazzo vineyard, which is located at the foot of a hilly region. Pure vinification process.
Intense ruby red in color, this Grasparossa wine has a markedly vinous bouquet; on the palate it is dry, sapid, full-bodied and slightly tannic.
It is ideal paired with Parma ham and Culatello, first courses with meat sauce, red meat and sour black cherry pie.
