The uniqueness of this grappa is in its relatively high alcoholic standard (60% vol), which at the same time maintains an incredible smoothness. The raw material is a blend of white grape marcs (Sauvignon, Tocai and Pinot Grigio) and red ones (Cabernet, Merlot and Refosco) that have been masterly combined. This produces a particularly fragrant grappa, well-balanced even if the alcoholic notes are evident right from the beginning. It has widespread and noteworthy aromatic traces (deriving from the white grape marcs), which denote the unique personality of this grappa, velvety and well-balanced (characteristics deriving from the red grape marcs); with a rich aftertaste.
