Delivery

The available delivery methods are:

1. Shipping by Courier
2. Home Delivery (available in Parma only)
3. Carry-Out

1. Shipping by Courier

Shipping by courier is available in Italy and in the following destination Countries:

• Belgium
• Denmark
• Finland
• France
• Germany
• Greece
• Ireland
• Luxembourg
• The Netherlands (Holland)
• Portugal
• Spain
• Sweden
• United Kingdom

We will soon be able to ship in the new member Countries of the European Union as well. We will not ship outside the EU, sorry.

All deliveries to Italy are shipped through SDA or UPS express courier. Please refer to our Times & Costs page for information on delivery times and shipping rates.

We offer two options for international delivery: Express Shipping and Standard Shipping. Both use UPS, and you will be able to choose the option that is most convenient for you during checkout. Please refer to our Times & Costs page for information on delivery times and shipping rates.

We pay special attention to packaging, in order to protect and preserve the contents from accidental damaging. For shipments containing bottles (such as wine, extra-virgin olive oil, etc.) we use sturdy polystyrene packagings which will also protect your products from the sudden changes of temperature to which they may be subject during transport in summer or winter.

The shipment will be delivered at the address you specified in the order form. If the consignee is not at home at delivery time, the carrier will leave a message to let him or her agree on a different delivery time.

In case the packaging presents deformations or external signs of tampering, you can refuse the shipment, or accept it writing "WITH RESERVE TO CHECK" on the waybill, so that you can check the contents and make sure your purchased goods are in perfect condition. In case one or more products were damaged during transport, please inform our Customer Care: we will immediately replace the damaged products at our own expenses, or refund you their cost if they are out of stock.

2. Home Delivery (available in Parma only)

Home delivery is available in Parma in the zones with Postal Code 43100 (city and surrounding area). If you choose this delivery method, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time as soon as you have placed your order. Home delivery is free.

3. Carry-Out

As an alternative to shipping or home-delivery, you can also collect the goods from our shop in Parma, obtaining a 5% discount on your order total. By choosing this delivery method, you will receive instructions on how to collect the goods from our shop.
