The Express Shipping rate for Italy is €12.00 VAT included. This flat rate applies to any order to be shipped anywhere in Italy. The estimated delivery time is within 24 hours from shipment. We use SDA and UPS for all Italian shipments. If you choose Cash on Delivery as payment method, an additional fee of €6.00 VAT included will be added to your shipping costs, and the corresponding payment will have to be made in cash. The carrier will not accept cheques or other payment methods.

For international deliveries you can choose between two different shipping options: Express Shipping and Standard Shipping. Both have shipping rates which vary based on the total weight of the goods and the destination Country you select for your order; the total delivery cost is calculated in real time during checkout. We use UPS for all international shipments. The estimated delivery times are 24 hours from shipment for Express Shipping, and 72 hours from shipment for Standard Shipping. We will not ship internationally cash-on-delivery.

Orders are shipped within two working days from the order receipt.

Home delivery, available in Parma in the zones with Postal Code 43100, is free. The delivery date and time is agreed upon with the Customer immediately after the order is placed.

Carry-out from our shop is free as well. By choosing this delivery method, you will also obtain a 5% discount on your order total, regardlessly of the selected payment method. You can pick up the goods at our shop starting from two working days after your order has been received.
