When you have finished adding products to your shopping cart and are ready to purchase them, click the Next button on the cart's page to start the checkout process.

Here are the steps of the checkout process you must follow to place your order:

1. Select a delivery method
2. Select a payment method
3. Enter consignment and billing information
4. Review and submit your order

 

1. Select a Delivery Method

The first step consists in choosing a delivery method. To do so, you will have to select a destination zone for your order. After that, you will be able to select your preferred delivery method. The available delivery methods for each zone, and their respective costs, are discussed in the Delivery section. After selecting a delivery method, any relevant shipping costs will be added to your order's total (found in the order summary at the bottom of the page). Click the Next button to proceed to the next step.

2. Select a Payment Method

The second step consists in choosing a payment method. To do so, you will be shown several payment options, along with any additional costs. The available payment methods and their respective costs are discussed in the Payments section. After selecting a payment method, any relevant additional cost will be added to the delivery costs and will be displayed in your order summary. Click the Next button to proceed to the next step.

3. Enter Consignment and Billing Information

The third step consists in entering the consignment and billing information. You do not need to be a registered User to place your order, but if you already have an account at Drogheria Pedrelli, this is the right time for logging in (by clicking on Login). After logging in, you will be automatically taken back to step 3 of the checkout process, where you will find the billing information form pre-filled with your registration information. You can use the Paste From Billing Information or Paste From Consignment Information to copy and paste information quiclky between the two forms. If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, do not forget to check "Yes" near Invoice Needed?. Finally, if you are purchasing a gift, you can include a personalized message for the consignee: we will print it on a card, put it in an envelope and attach it to your package. After filling in both forms, click the Next button to proceed to the next step.

4. Review and Submit Your Order

In the fourth and last step of the checkout process you will be able to review your order summary, which will show the selections you made, the delivery costs and your order total. After carefully checking all information for errors, click the Submit Order buttton to submit your order. By clicking on this button, your order will be registered in our database. At this point, if you chose to pay online by credit card, you will be redirected to our payment page on Banca Sella's secure server, where you will be able to make the payment for your order. Our accepted credit cards and other electronic payment methods are discussed in the Payments section of this Guide. Immediately after the payment you will receive an e-mail notification with the transaction result from Banca Sella, and an order receipt confirmation from Drogheria Pedrelli including a link to your order's page on our web site, where you will be able to check your order's status. If you chose a different payment method (for example, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery) you will receive our order receipt confirmation immediately and will be able to check your order's status. In both cases you will find all the instructions for payment and delivery on your order's page on our web site.
