Payments

The available payment methods are:

1. Online Credit Card Payment
2. Advance Bank Transfer
3. Cash On Delivery

 

1. Online Credit Card Payment

Choosing to pay online by credit card, immediately after submitting your order you will be redirected to our payment page on Banca Sella's secure server, where you will be able to make an online payment for your order. Our accepted electronic payment methods are Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and the BANKPASS Web and MobilMat payment systems. The transaction will take place on the bank's secure server. 2. Advance Bank Transfer

Choosing to pay by advance bank transfer, we will not be able to fill your order until we have verified your payment. The bank transfer will have to be made using our bank coordinates and specifying your order number as reason for payment. After making the payment, you will have to send the bank transfer's receipt including the Transfer Reference Code by fax or by e-mail to our Customer Care, specifying your order number as the subject of your e-mail or fax.

3. Cash On Delivery

Cash On Delivery is available for the following delivery methods:

• Express Shipping to Italy
• Home Delivery (available in Parma only)
• Carry-Out

We will not ship internationally cash on delivery.

The payment will have to be made in cash in case of express shipping and home delivery; in cash or by Bancomat in case of carry-out. We will not accept cheques or other payment methods. In case of shipping by express courier, an additional fee will be added to your shipping costs. Please refer to our Times & Costs page for further information.
