1. Nature of Goods For Sale

The goods for sale are those described on the pages of Drogheria Pedrelli, where the product name and any description, if present, illustrate the essential features of the goods.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include the Italian VAT (IVA, where applicable). The lead unit for payments is the Euro (EUR). Please refer to the "Prices" page of the Shopping Guide at http://www.pedrelli.com/en/site/shopping-guide/our-products/our-prices.html for further details.

3. Availability

Every item for sale at Drogheria Pedrelli is in stock and ready to be shipped. The product catalogue is updated in real time according to actual item availability. 4. Delivery Methods

The available delivery methods are express and standard shipping by courier, home delivery and carry-out. In case of shipping by courier, the purchased goods are sent through express or standard courier to the address specified by the Customer in the order form. Estimated delivery times are within 24-72 hours from shipment (depending on the chosen shipping method). The Merchants will ship the goods within 2 working days from the order receipt. Orders to be paid by bank transfer will be shipped after the Merchants will have verified the payment. Shipping costs, as specified on the order form, are to be borne by the consignee. Upon delivery, the consignee must verify the number of pieces and carefully check the packages' exterior for any signs of tampering or damages. In case the number of delivered pieces does not correspond to the number of pieces specified on the waybill, or in case the packaging presents signs of tampering or damages, the Customer can refuse the shipment or accept it signing the waybill with the wording "WITH RESERVE TO CHECK" so that he or she can check the contents and make sure the goods are in perfect condition. In case one or more items have been damaged during transport, the Customer must inform the Merchants immediately. The latter will replace the damaged items at own expenses, or refund their cost to the Customer in case they are out of stock. Home delivery is available in Parma, in the zones with Postal Code (CAP) 43100 (city and surrounding area). After the order receipt, the Merchants will contact the Customer in order to agree on a delivery date and time. Home delivery is free. In case of carry-out, the Customer must print out the order summary and, with it, collect the goods from the Merchants' point of sale personally. 5. Payment Methods

The available payment methods are online payment with credit card or other electronic payment methods, payment by bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Accepted electronic payment methods are Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and the BANKPASS Web and MobilMat payment systems. All online payments are processed securely on the Merchants' behalf by Banca Sella. Payments by bank transfer must be made in advance to the Merchants' bank account, and the Customer must provide them with the transfer reference code in order for them to verify the payment and fill the corresponding order. Payments by cash on delivery must be made in cash in case of shipping via express courier and home delivery; in cash or by Bancomat in case of carry-out. 6. Billing

Customers who wish to receive an invoice for their order must expressly request it by checking the appropriate option on the order form. Invoices are issued at the time the corresponding order is filled. A paper invoice is attached to the shipment. Customers can view or print their invoices at any time from the order page on Drogheria Pedrelli.

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999 and to the Directive 97/7/EC, the Customer can exercise his or her right to be refunded within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods, by: sending an e-mail or fax to the Merchants' Customer Cards (using the addresses specified on the "Customer Care" page at http://www.pedrelli.com/en/customer-care/); or by sending a registered letter to the Merchants' registered office. The Customer shall then return the goods intact and in the original packaging to the Merchants at own expenses within 15 days from receipt of the Merchants' return authorization notice. Within a maximum of 30 days from the refund application, the Merchant will refund the entire paid amount to the Customer by bank transfer on the Customter's bank account, by sending a cheque, or by transferring the credit card transaction. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. 8. Applicable Law and Choice of Forum

By visiting Drogheria Pedrelli the Customer agrees that the laws of the Italian Republic, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Sale and any dispute of any sort that might arise between the Customer and the Merchants. Any dispute regarding distance contracts shall be submitted to the court of justice of the place of residence of the Customer, if located within the Italian State (art. 12 Legislative Decree no.50/1992); to the court of Parma (Italy) in all other cases.
