Our Express Shipping flat rate for Italy is €12.00 VAT included for orders below €250. Shipping is free on orders of €250 and over. We currently do not ship outside Italy. Shipments are picked up within two working days from the order receipt. The estimated delivery time is within 24-48 hours from shipment. If you choose Cash on Delivery as payment method, a collection fee of €6.00 VAT included will be added to your shipping costs. This fee also applies to free shipments, and the corresponding payment will have to be made in cash. The carrier will not accept cheques or other payment methods.

All delivery costs are clearly specified and included in the total at the bottom of your order summary.

Home delivery is available in Parma for the zones with Postal Codes 43121-43126 at a flat rate of €5.00 VAT included. The delivery date and time is agreed upon with the Customer immediately after the order is placed.

Carry-out from our shop is free. By choosing this delivery method, you will be able pick up the goods at our shop in Parma starting from two working days after your order has been received.
