Shipping by courier is only available in Italy. We currently do not ship outside of Italy.
All deliveries are shipped through BRT and SDA express couriers. Please refer to our Times & Costs page for information on delivery times and shipping rates.
We pay special attention to packaging: in order to protect your purchased goods from accidental damaging while preserving the environment, we use sturdy eco-friendly packagings for all of our shipments.
The shipment will be delivered at the address you specified in the order form. If the consignee is not at home at delivery time, the carrier will leave a message to let him or her agree on a different delivery time.
In case the packaging presents deformations or external signs of tampering, you can refuse the shipment, or accept it writing "WITH RESERVE TO CHECK" on the waybill, so that you can check the contents and make sure your purchased goods are in perfect condition. In case one or more products were damaged during transport, please inform our Customer Care: we will immediately replace the damaged products at our own expenses, or refund you their cost if they are out of stock.
Home delivery is available in Parma in the zones with Postal Codes 43121-43126. If you choose this delivery method, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time as soon as you have placed your order. Please refer to our Times & Costs page for further information.
As an alternative to shipping or home-delivery, you can also collect the goods from our shop in Parma. By choosing this delivery method, you will receive instructions on how to collect the goods from our shop.
